The Vallarta Wellness Center is a physician-led practice in Puerto Vallarta. Since 1994 we have worked at the meeting point of conventional medicine and regenerative care — for medical detox and recovery, regenerative protocols, chronic condition support, and cultivated longevity.
Procedures take place in dedicated medical offices. Outside the clinic, patients rest in their own luxury residential suites in Versailles — including Origen and neighboring buildings — not a shared ward and not a hotel spa. Protocols are written for one person.

Regenerative, detoxifying and recovery protocols are combined only after medical review. Nothing is offered as a promise. Everything is offered as a considered option under physician supervision in Mexico.
MUSE stem cell & exosome therapy
Multilineage-differentiating Stress-Enduring (MUSE) cells — identified by Dr. Mari Dezawa — and MUSE-aligned exosome protocols. A rare, stress-enduring regenerative approach for physician-selected cases: joints, neurological support, cardiovascular concerns, chronic inflammatory conditions, and restoration. Delivered in clinical offices after medical evaluation. Non-fetal. Not a miracle claim.
Ibogaine recovery protocol
Medically supervised interruption of opioid, stimulant and alcohol dependence, held as a clinical program with cardiac and psychological screening, oxidative support, and structured aftercare. Reserved for patients who clear full medical review.
Ozone & oxidative therapy
Including 10-pass hyperbaric ozone, used for immune modulation, inflammatory burden, and cellular oxygenation as part of a wider protocol — never as a standalone spectacle.
Mind, meal, motion
Psychology, nutrition and physical therapy sit inside every stay. Detoxification without counsel is incomplete; counsel without the body is theoretical.

Clinical work happens in our medical offices. When the day is done, each patient returns to a personal luxury suite in Versailles — including units in Origen and neighboring residences. The arrangement is residential on purpose: a door that closes, quiet for recovery, and the marina, hotel zone, restaurants, and centro a short walk or drive away.

We do not separate the chemistry from the person who carries it. Protocols are written to detoxify, nourish and rebalance — then held in place with aftercare, so the work does not end at departure.

Do you offer MUSE stem cell and exosome therapy?
Yes. We offer MUSE stem cell and MUSE exosome protocols — building on the cell biology identified by Dr. Mari Dezawa — for physician-selected cases after medical evaluation. Non-fetal regenerative care in a clinical setting. Candidacy is never guaranteed in advance.
Is ibogaine treatment available?
Medically supervised ibogaine is offered in Mexico for certain substance-dependence cases, after cardiac and psychological screening. It is paired with oxidative support and aftercare. It is not appropriate for every guest.
What about ozone and MUSE exosome therapy?
Ozone, including 10-pass hyperbaric ozone, and MUSE-aligned exosome therapy are used inside a wider physician-designed protocol when indicated — not as standalone spectacles.
Who is the medical team?
